NEW YORK, Nov 20 (Reuters) - Dell Inc (DELL.O) shares jumped 4.5 percent to $10.25 in extended trading on Thursday after the world's No. 2 PC maker posted a better-than-expected quarterly profit, citing cost cuts and new products.
