(Reuters) - Facilities management company GSH Group on Monday appointed Christopher McLain and Jamie Reynolds co-chief executive officers and named Chief Financial Officer David Simons interim chairman.

Non-executive Chairman John Kelly and non-executive director Duncan Hall have stepped down from the board, the company said.

GSH Group reiterated that current trading remains in line with its expectations, adding that there is strong demand for its services. The company plans to announce preliminary results on October 23 for the year ended in July.
